DETAILED FETCH USER INSTRUCTIONS:

Please download Fetch and install software by doing the following:

Locate the file Fetch_XXX.dmg you just downloaded and double-click on it to start the installer.

To install Fetch, drag the Fetch icon to your Applications folder. You can then close the Fetch Installer window and eject the Fetch Installer disk image on your desktop.

Next, locate the Fetch software in the Applications folder and double-click on it to run application. 

A dialog box will appear prompting you to enter Host Name, User ID, Password, and Directory. If the dialog box does not appear, go to File on the menu and select New Connection. 

A dialog box will appear prompting you to enter Host Name, User ID, Password, and Directory.

Please enter the host, username and password information, given on the previous page.

You should now see two folders name DOWNLOAD and UPLOAD in the upper left corner.

TO RECEIVE A FILE FROM ARTWORKUP'S FTP SITE:
Please double-click on the DOWNLOAD folder to open and click on the button named GET FILE. Select the file you would like to download from ArtWorkUP's FTP site and click on the OPEN button.

Find your file. Then select a location you would like to save the file to. You will see an icon of a dog running, which means the file is downloading from ArtWorkUP's FTP site.

When the file is finished you will no longer see the icon of the dog and your file name listed.

TO PUT A FILE ON ARTWORKUP'S FTP SITE:
Please double-click on the UPLOAD folder to open and click on the button PUT FILE. Select the file you would like to upload to ArtWorkUP's FTP site and click on the OPEN button. A dialog box with your file name will appear. If you wish, you may now change the file name you are uploading. Select MAC BINARY II for the format and click OK. 

You will see an icon of a dog running, which means the file is uploading to ArtWorkUP's FTP site.
